Clan Donald Society of Mackay, Queensland, Australia.
We welcome the setting up this year of the Clan Donald Society of Mackay District in Queensland, Australia. The President of the Society is Mr JF MacDonald. The Secretary is Mr AG MacDonald, who is a member of the Edinburgh Society. His forebears were of the Kinlochmoidart family who, after emigrating to Nova Scotia, went to Queensland. He has been in correspondence with the Honorary Secretary of the Edinburgh Society for several years.
